G.N.Wallace

This project showcases my ability to see an idea through from start to finish. My creativity and ability to think "outside of the box" were extremely helpful in completing this task. Aside from these two attributes, I also exhibit strong leadership capabilities while still being able to follow someone else's lead as well. My time in military service enabled the development of those qualities to exceed beyond that of the average graduate seeking employment in the modern workforce. Likewise, it taught me to be self driven and to take initiative, where others do not, in order to achieve my goals.

In my personal life, my family is the driving force for my ambitions and aspirations. As this project indicates, I have an inclination toward creating things that will last through the years, and that will provide a sense of pride and honor to my family. I carry that same sense of pride over into my professional life. I see no point in attempting something that is not going to be given a full effort, so that is what I give to any project or task I undertake.

My wife and two sons are equally as encouraging of me as I am of them. The same encouragement I offer to them, I also try to offer to everyone around me. I believe in having a strong sense of positive behavior. Nothing good has ever come from a negative atmosphere. That being said, positive support and encouragement of others is the best way to maintain healthy personal and professional relationships.
